- Page 5 INSTALL TOOLS REQUIRED FOR THIS STEP: T25 TORX STEP | 01 REMOVE OEM EMBLEM 1.1 Remove Factory Emblem Screws: Use a T25 Torx Wrench to remove the two Screws (FIG 3+4) holding the OEM Mercedes Sprinter Emblem from the Passenger Side Rear Door (FIG 1+2) of your van.
- Page 6 1.2 Remove Factory Emblem: Use a Pry Tool to gently peel the Factory Emblem from any adhesive backing, if applicable (FIG 5+6). NOTE - The contours of the Factory Emblem and the FVC Emblem are the same, but the overall diameter is smaller on the FVC Emblem (FIG 7).
- Page 7 TOOLS REQUIRED FOR THIS STEP: STEP | 02 INSTALL FVC EMBLEM 2.1 Position FVC Emblem: Position the FVC Emblem to the factory holes that held the OEM Emblem in place (FIG 8). 2.2 Thread in Hardware: Apply a small dab of Threadlocker to the supplied 1/4-20 Button Head Screws and thread them in to the FVC Emblem (FIG 9).
