THANK YOU! ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT YOUR NEW NUDGE BAR? HERE ARE A FEW THINGS TO DO TOOLS BEFORE BEGINNING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS-- • PLEASE INSPECT THE PRODUCT TO ENSURE THERE WAS NO DAMAGE INCURRED DURING SHIPPING. • IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO REPORT, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
LET’S GET STARTED! FIRST STEP IS TO REMOVE THE FACTORY BOLTS ON THE STEP PORTION OF YOUR BUMPER. SOMETIMES THERE ARE PLASTIC CAPS INSTALLED, AND THESE ARE EASILY REMOVED WITH A FLATHEAD SCREWDRIVER. THE BOLTS THEMSELVES REQUIRE A T45 BIT TO REMOVE. NEXT, SOME VANS COME EQUIPPED WITH THE EUROPEAN STYLE LICENSE PLATE COVER, IF THIS IS THE CASE FOR YOU, IT WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED.

SET IN PLACE AND THREAD IN HARDWARE NOW TAKE THE NUDGE BAR AND REST IT ON THE FRONT STEP AREA. LINE UP THE MOUNTING SLOTS AND THREAD IN THE HARDWARE SHOWN BELOW. THE LARGE WASHER GOES UNDERNEATH THE HEAD OF THE M8 BOLT. THREAD THIS FINGER TIGHT.
