HARDWARE PACK... - Page 3 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 1. Assemble the Connection Plate (9) on the racks by using Flat Washer (24), Spring Washer (25), Flat Nut (26) and Hex Bolt (28). 2. Assemble the Safety Pin (12) on the racks by using Flat Washer (22), Spring Washer (23) and Hex Bolt (27).
- Page 4 Step 2 Assemble the Guide Rod Bracket (1) on the racks by using Flat Washer (24), Spring Washer (25), Flat Nut (26) and Hex Bolt (29).
- Page 5 Step 3 Insert Barbell Plate (4), Left Safety Hook (5), Right Safety Hook (6) and Large Cushion (17) into the guide rod. (Pay attention to the direction of the M10 thread hole on the guide rod).
- Page 6 Step 4 1. After installing the assembly in Step 3 into the hole of the Guide Rod Bracket(1), fix it with Flat Washer (22), Spring Washer (23) and Hex bolt (27)； 2. Insert two Guide Rod (11) into the hole of Upper Fixed Frame (8), then assemble Upper Fixed Frame (8) and Guide Rod (11) on the racks by using Flat Washer (24), Spring Washer (25), Hex bolt (26) and Hex Bolt (30).
