Configuring the Printer
Description
Print Sets the print server name.
Server Range: Up to 64 characters
Name Default: KMBTxxxxxx (Where x's are last 6 digits of
MAC Address of the printer).
Print If the print server requires a password, enter the
Server password in this field.
Password Range: Up to 64 characters
Default: [Blank]
Validate Used to validate the password entered in the Print
Password Server Password field.
Range: Up to 64 characters
Print Sets the print server mode.
Server Choice: Bindery, Both, NDS
Mode Default: NDS
Preferred Sets the name of the preferred file server.
File Server Range: Up to 47 characters
Default: [Blank]
Preferred Identifies the NDS tree.
NDS Tree Range: Up to 48 characters
Default: [Blank]
Preferred Identifies the NDS context.
NDS Range: Up to 191 characters
Context Default: [Blank]
Print Sets the time interval (in seconds) that passes
Server between print server pollings.
Polling Range: 1 - 65535 (in seconds)
Rate Default: 1
Printer Allows you to assign a printer number for
Number identification purposes.
Range: 0 - 254
Default: 1
Saves and applies any changes made.
If you made changes to any of the parameter
settings but do not wish to apply the changes,
selecting this button restores the last submitted
parameter settings.
