    PARTS CHARGER REMOTE CONTROL 1 PC 1 PC PRODUCT ASSEMBLY On a flat, covered surface, place the part A ride-on body top side down, then cut the zip ties to remove the part E front axle, part F door steps, part N, part O, part P, and part Q fenders.
  • Page 8 PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Locate the axle mount at the rear of the part A ride-on body, then lift it upward. Remove the preassembled hardware from the mounting tines and set aside. Locate the suspension springs, lift them so they stand upright, then place the mounting tines of the rear axle mount onto the springs, then secure with the previously removed hardware.
  • Page 9 PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Locate the right and left motors at the rear of the part A ride-on body, then lift them to sit on the rear axle mount. Locate the part B rear axle and remove the preassembled nuts and washers. Thread the part B rear axle through the right motor, rear axle mount, and left motor, taking care to keep the axle even on both sides.
  • Page 10 PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Attach two part C wheels to the part B rear axle and use the previously removed nuts and washers to secure. Cover each wheel with one part D wheel cover. Locate the steering wheel yoke on the front of the part A ride-on body, adjust it so it sits at a 90-degree angle with the joint of the yoke pointed toward the back of the ride-on.
  • Page 11 PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Locate the part E front axle, then remove the pre-attached nuts and washers on the mounting tines, and set aside. Insert the part E front axle’s mounting tines into the rectangular pipe on the part A ride-on body. Secure the axle with the previously removed hardware and be sure to thread the steering wheel yoke through the opening and secure with the previously removed nut.
  • Page 12 PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Remove the pre-attached washers and nuts from the part E front axle, leave the last washer on the axle. *Keep this one, do not remove. Attach two part C wheels to the part E front axle and use the previously removed nuts and washers to secure.
  • Page 13 PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Attach two part F door steps to the part A ride-on body with sixteen part 1 self-tapping screws, eight screws per step. Locate the part G steering wheel then use a Philips screwdriver to open the battery access on the part G steering wheel.
  • Page 14 PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Remove the bolt on the side of the part G steering wheel’s shaft, make sure to keep the fastening nut in place. Place the part G steering wheel over the steering yoke, then replace the bolt to secure. Don’t remove the nut! Don’t remove the nut! Attach the part H windshield to the part A ride-on body, press down until secure.

  • Page 16 PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Attach the part J backrests to the part I seats, then secure the backrests with four part 1 self-tapping screws, two screws per backrest. Attach the part K and part L left and right tail frames to the part A ride-on body, connect the terminals in the ride-on body to the receivers in the tail frames, then press down into the ride-on body to secure.
  • Page 17 PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Attach the part M rear bracket support to the part K and part L tail frames. Attach the part N, part O, part P, and part Q fenders to the part A ride-on body, press until secure.

    CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS Locate the charging connector under the seat. Disconnect the power supply from the control terminal. Connect the part S charger to the power supply, then plug the other end into a wall outlet. Charge the battery 12 hours before initial use (Do not charge for a period exceeding 20 hours). When fully charged, unplug part S charger from the wall outlet, then remove the charger from the charging port.
