PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Place the part A ride on body topside down on a flat covered surface to prevent scratches, then part G windshield, part B rear axle, part E front axle, cut the zip ties holding down the and the part F steering wheel.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Locate and remove the pre-attached hardware on the front axle, then set the hardware aside. Carefully slide the part B rear axle through the right and left motors. Attach two part C wheels to the part B rear axle and use the previously removed nuts and washers to secure.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Locate the steering wheel yoke, and remove the nut attached to it, then set aside. Locate the part E front axle and remove the pre-attached nuts from the mounting stakes, set the hardware aside, then mount the part E front axle onto the square pipe of the part A ride-on body.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Secure the axle with the previously removed nuts and be sure to thread the steering wheel yoke through the opening and secure with the previously removed nut. Remove the pre-attached hardware from the part E front axle, then set the hardware aside. *Keep this one, not need to remove.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Attach two part C wheels to the part E front axle and use the previously removed nuts and washers to secure. Cover each wheel with one part D wheel cover. PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Remove the bolt on the side of the part F steering wheel’s shaft, make sure to keep the fastening nut in place. Place the part F steering wheel over the steering yoke, then replace the bolt to secure. Don’t remove the nut! Attach the part G windshield to the part A ride on body, press down until secured.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Attach the part H seat to the part A ride on body, press until you hear an audible click, then secure the pre-attached screws with a Philips screwdriver. Attach to the part I backrest to the part H seat, then secure with two part 1 screws.
