PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Locate two part Q springs and place them on the connective tines of the part F front axle. Loop the steering shaft through the central hole on the axle, then secure the shaft with the previously removed nut and washer (see step 1). Secure the part F front axle to the square pipe on the part A UTV body with the previously removed nuts (see step 2).

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Locate the part E rear axle and remove the pre-assembled hardware. Slide the rear axle through the opening at the back of the part A UTV body. Slide the part N & O motors into their respective place on the part E rear axle. Insert the power connector on each motor to the terminal before pressing the motors into place.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Attach two part C wheels to the part B front axle, then secure with the previously removed hardware. Cover each wheel with one part D wheel cover. C [8] Attach two part C wheels to the part E rear axle, then secure with the previously removed hardware.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Flip the UTV assembly upright. Place the part M tail box onto the connective tines at the rear of the part A UTV body, then secure with two part 1 screws. Locate and remove the bolt on the side of the part B steering wheel’s shaft. Place the part B steering wheel over the steering yoke, then replace the bolt to secure.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Use a Philips screwdriver to open the battery access on the part B steering wheel, then install two AA batteries. Replace the battery cover and secure the screw. Attach the part G backrest to the part M tailbox by inserting the tabs on the backrest into the slots in the tailbox.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Locate the two motor connectors (3) and join them to the control board connector (4). Then, join the two red connectors (1 & 2) to link the battery and power the ride-on. Insert the part H seat into the part G backrest, then secure with two part 1 screws.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Insert the part I wind deflector to the front of the part A UTV body, push until secured. Attach the part K lower bracket supports to the part J upper bracket. Attach the part L bracket lights to the part J upper bracket. Attach the bracket assembly to the part A UTV body, push until secured.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Locate the part R trailer connector and attach it to the rear of the part A UTV body. Align the four connectors on the part S trailer bed with the receivers on the part X trailer bracket, then press firmly until you hear a click to secure. Locate the part T trailer axle and remove the preassembled hardware, then set aside.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY Attach two part U axle wheels to the part T trailer axle, then secure with the previously removed hardware. Cover each wheel with one part V trailer wheel cover. ③ ③ Attach the assembled trailer to the UTV body by pressing the button on the trailer to the bolt on the part R trailer connector until secured.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS Charging port is located on the control board. Plug the part P charger into the charging port on the control board, then plug the other end into the wall. Charge the battery 12 hours before initial use. When fully charged, unplug part P charger from the wall outlet, then remove the charger from the charging port.
CHARGING NOTICE • On average, you will need to charge the battery between 8 and 12 hours. Do not charge the battery for more than 20 hours. Failure to charge the battery as directed could cause permanent damage to the battery and void the warranty.
