enough that the minimum insertion line is at or below the
top tube (as shown below).

Maximum insertion
NOTICE: Do not lower the seat post all the way to the stop
point – this can inhibit IsoSpeed movement and cause
damage to the seat post. There must be at least a 5 mm
gap between the bottom of the seat post and the stop bar.
