  • Page 20 Section 9 - Maintenance March 2025 Daily Maintenance The following maintenance should be done daily or every 8 hours. 1) Inspect the Manuals and Decals Keeping the operator’s manual in good condition is essential to safe machine operation. The operator’s manual is included with each machine and is stored in the manual box in the platform. An illegible or missing manual will not provide safety and operational information necessary for a safe operating condition.

Testing the platform overload system regularly is essential to safe machine operation.
  • Page 29 Section 9 - Maintenance March 2025 Yearly Maintenance The following maintenance should be done every year or 1,000 hours of operation. 1) Check the Scissor Arm Wear Pads • Tools will be required to perform this procedure. • New parts will be required to perform this procedure. Making sure that the condition of the scissor arm wear pads is good is essential to safe machine operation.
