Any waste cardboard or plastic should be flattened down and placed in the trash can. A minimum of two people will be needed to lift the cabinet.

  • Page 4 For help on determining the sort of wall you have, please refer to the “Room Preparation Guide.” Locating the studs Using a stud finder, locate the studs where the cabinet will be installed and mark the wall where the cabinet will sit. Lifting the cabinet into place When lifting the cabinet into place, do not tilt, as this can damage the legs.
  • Page 5 Drilling the pilot hole Drill a pilot hole through the back rail in line with the wall studs, making sure to lightly mark the wall where the screw should be placed. The hole should be located, as per the diagram, close to the top of the cabinet. Once complete, lift and move the cabinet away from the wall.
  • Page 6 Attaching the fixing plates to the shelf Position the shelf pegs into the pre-drilled holes inside the cabinet. Add the 2x fixing plates to the bottom of the large shelf, fix each of the fixing plates with 2x 5/8” screws. Ensuring the fixing plates are evenly spaced.

  • Page 8 Attaching the frontal Secure the frontal with the 170˚ hinges to the L-corner cabinet, the frontal should be attached to the cabinet by clipping the hinges onto the hinge plates. Secure the second frontal by clipping the folding door hinges to the hinge plate on the frontal.
  • Page 9 Adjusting the 170˚ hinge To adjust the 170˚ hinges, use a screwdriver as required at points 1 and 2. Point 1 – Will adjust the frontals left and right. Point 2 – Will adjust the frontals in and out. To move the hinges up and down, loosen the screws A and B.
