MACHINE PREPARATION: UNPACKING Note: Immediately check, when receiving the machine, that all the materials indicated on delivery documents have been received and also that the machine has not been damaged in transit. If it has been damaged, this damage must be immediately reported to the carrier and also to our customer’s service department. Only acting promptly in this manner will make it possible to receive missing material and to be compensated for shipping damage.

MACHINE PREPARATION / SETUP TURNING THE MACHINE ON/OFF The key switch to turn on the machine is located on the lower control panel. Turn clockwise for on (I) and counter clockwise for off (O). CIRCUIT BREAKERS Circuit breakers protect the GeneSys machine’s motors. These circuit breakers will trip under misapplications of the machine.

DRIVE SYSTEM OPERATING THE MACHINE 1. To control the machine, place hand(s) around the console and bail. Squeezing the bail activates the transaxle drive forward and, when the scrub deck is in operating position, the brush motors and solution flow. 2.

SOLICHEM SOLUTION DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM ™ Solid on-board chemical delivery technology removes the need to pour chemical into the solution tank. Water dissolves the SoliChem™ solid and adds the cleaning chemical directly onto the floor wetting system. The SoliChem System also alerts the operator of low SoliChem solid with an LED light.

SOLUTION FLOW The solution control knob is located on the lower control panel left of the key. This controls the water pump and is only active when the scrub head is in an operating position. This knob adjusts water flow rate. For Touch Encoder machines, adjusting flow rate is found in the settings.

MACHINE OPERATIONAL SETTINGS HEAD LIFT 1. The head lift is controlled by a linear actuator which raises and lowers the scrub deck. 2. The standard controls knob on the console has 3 down pressure settings and transport mode. 3.
