2. Installation Mounting URBAN Unit It is recommended that a MINIMUM of 2 fixing points must be used, the fixing points must be suitable for the conditions of use. The standard product is supplied with 2m of flex for terminating into a suitable plug, connector or terminal box. The mains supply flex on a standard unit is 3 core and is identified as the Green/Yellow (Earth), Brown (Live) and Blue (Neutral) terminals. Emergency units are supplied with a 4 core flex and identified as Green / Yellow (Earth), Grey (Neutral), Brown (Permanent Live), Black (Switched Live). DALI dimming is available as standard. 2 core flex is provided for DALI connection, cores are identified as Red and Black. Cores are polarity free.

URBAN Intelligent Emergency Operation Guide The Emergency version is equipped with a self-test functionality according IEC62034. • 28 days after power-up the driver will perform a functional test of 30 seconds. • Every 6th test (after half a year) will be a duration test. This test will run until the battery is fully discharged and the driver will verify if the capacity of the battery is sufficient to provide 3hrs emergency time.
