Switch on the mobile phone.
Switch on the Bluetooth func-
tion in the mobile phone.
Make the mobile phone visible
to other Bluetooth devices.
Searching for mobile
phone
Switch on the navigation sys-
tem.
Open "Tools" - "Settings" -
z
"Bluetooth" and select the "En-
abled" option.
In the "Phone" menu, select
the "Add" option and touch
"OK" to confirm.
For 60 seconds the navigation
system searches for a visible
mobile phone.
The navigation system displays
the list of found Bluetooth
devices.
The mobile phone's Bluetooth
ID is saved in the mobile
phone.
Select the mobile phone and
touch "OK" to confirm.
The display on the Navigator
shows "Attempting to connect
to Bluetooth device. Bluetooth
ID code: 1234".
When the prompt appears
on the display of the mobile
phone, key in the ID "1234" for
the navigation system.
Pairing is confirmed by the mo-

bile phone.

Depending on the mobile
phone, it might be necessary
to confirm automatic
connection setup or complete
a final confirmation procedure.
Switching off navigation
system
Switch off the navigation sys-
tem.
Making mobile phone
invisible
Once pairing completes suc-
cessfully, switch off the visibility
of the mobile phone for other
Bluetooth devices.
Switching on systems
Switch on all participating sys-
tems.
The systems recognise each
other; no further steps are ne-
cessary.
Re-establishing
connection
If pairing of the audio system
with the communication system
was successful, but the connec-
tion was not established:
