Click Restore Database.

On the General tab, in the Restore section, click From device.

In the Choose Restore Devices section, click Add.

In the File name field, navigate to the backup file (for example,
besmgmt.bak).

In the Restore backup set section, click Database - complete.

In each window, click OK until the restore process begins.

Open the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
b.
Right-click the name of the BlackBerry Configuration Database. Click
Tasks.
c.
Click Restore.
d.
Click Database.
e.
In the To database list, click the new database name.
f.
In the From database list, click the name of the database that you want
to restore.
g.
Click OK.
a.
On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Configuration Database, at
the command prompt, type the following command:
osql -E
b.
Press ENTER.
c.
Type the following commands:
restore database <databasename> from disk = 'C:
\<databasename>.bak'
go
quit

On the computer that hosts the BlackBerry Configuration Database, at
the command prompt, change to <extracted folder>\Tools.
b.
Type BlackBerryDBRestore.exe.
