Upgrade Guide
Possible cause
If a Messaging Application Programming Interface
(MAPI) profile was created using a profile wizard, this
message might appear for one of the following reasons:
The profile wizard might return more than one
mailbox for the Microsoft Windows account that
runs the BlackBerry Professional Software.
The Microsoft Exchange Server might not host the
mailbox for the administration account for the
BlackBerry Professional Software.
The MAPI profile might be configured to use a
method of authentication other than NT Password
Authentication, which requires a user name,
domain, and password.
The security settings in the MAPI properties are
configured to prompt for a password, but Distributed
Password Authentication is configured.
The Microsoft Windows account that is used to run the
BlackBerry Professional Software was deleted.
