    TM-PRO15.0 LUBRICATING THE TREADMILL IMPORTANT It’s highly recommended to lubricate the treadmill before the first use. Lubricating the running board and running belt is essential as the friction between the two affects the life span and function of the treadmill, therefore it is suggested that the running board and belt be inspected regularly.

    TM-PRO15.0 CONSOLE OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS CONSOLE FUNCTIONS Function Description QUICK START Press START in STANDBY mode to start QUICK START. Adjust the time, incline and other data from 0, speed from 0.5 KMH. MANUAL 2.1 Select MANUAL mode, select one of your target: TIME, CAL or DISTANCE by using SPEED+/- or INCLINE+/- and then press START key to begin the workout.

Under standby mode, press SPEED+/- or INCLINE +/- to choose BT MODE, press ENTER key and choose ON to turn on Bluetooth. Press ENTER key to confirm. Main window will return to STANDBY display.
