3-1 POWER SUPPLY CONNECTIONS
Use the PS-55 AC POWER SUPPLY (sold separately)
when operating the 1C-725 with AC power. Refer to the
diagram below.
The [POWER] switch on the IC-725 front panel synchro-
nizes the PS-55 with the IC-725.

SYSTEM INTERCONNECTIONS
Before connecting the DC power cable,
check the following important items. Make
sure: 1
• The [POWER] switch is OFF.
e Output voltage of the power source is
12 ~ 15 V when you want to use a non-
Icom power supply.
e DC power cable polarity is correct.
red -» positive (+) terminal
black > negative (—) terminal
