POWER
SUPPLY CONNECTIONS
Use
the
PS-55
AC POWER
SUPPLY
(sold
separately)
when
operating the IC-725 with
AC
power. Refer to the
diagram below.
The
[POWER]
switch
on
the IC-725 front panel synchro-
nizes
the PS-55 with the IC-725.
CAUTION:
Before connecting the
DC
power
cable,
check
the following
important
items.
Make
sure:
•
The
[POWER]
switch
is
OFF.
•
Output
voltage of the
power
source
is
12
~
15
V
when you want
to use
a
non-
Icom power
supply.
•
DC
power
cable polarity
is
correct,
red
positive
(+)
terminal
black
-»
negative
