AU: RAPIDlink SIM integration To Ajax Hub 2 & Hub 2 Plus

Before you start, you will need a RAPIDlink User profile & Company account.

1. Already have a RAPIDlink User profile and Company account – Continue to Step 4.

2. No RAPIDlink User profile? Click on

fill out our form. Then proceed to Step 3.

3. Call us on (02) 9352 1777 and the Permaconn sales team will assist you in setting

up a Company account, we will then link your User profile to the Company account.

4. Login to RAPIDlink portal

5. Select "RAPIDlink SIM" on the navigation page.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Add SIM".

7. Type in the 6-digit SIM serial number, then click "Add".

SIM card has been added to your RAPIDlink company profile and you now need to

select a data pack – Go to Step 8

8. Search for RAPIDlink SIM then click on the serial number.

a. Click on the pencil and add a custom name to the SIM service.
