Congratulations on your purchase of a HealTech
Electronics Switchable Exhaust Servo Eliminator
module (ESE-SW).
This unit will fit various motorcycle models which
have an exhaust valve and servo motor.
2. Installation
Before installing this product, please make sure you
got the right part for your bike. See the part number
on the packaging and use the Product Advisor on our
website to check compatibility.
These instructions are applicable to a wide range
of motorcycles and describe the main install steps
needed for a successful installation. You can find

Follow these steps:
1. Locate the stock exhaust servo motor.
2. Unplug the connector of the servo motor.
3. Connect the ESE-SW module connectors in-line
with the servo motor connector.

The Plug 'n Go connector makes installation
quick and easy, eliminating the need to alter the
bike's original wiring.
You have the option to control the exhaust valve
operation with the supplied switch.
4. Secure the unit well with the supplied Velcro
strips. Use the supplied cable ties to fasten the
wiring harness to a solid part of the bike.
5. Connect the 2-pole plug of the remote switch.
Route the harness towards the front end of
the bike and secure the remote switch with the
supplied cable ties.
6. Only for the ESE-SW-K01, -S0x, -Y01 models:
Connect the ESE-SW separate red wire to a +12V
switched power lead.

Usage of the Red wire tap connector:
Place the unstripped run wire (bike +12V wire)
inside the run channel. Close the side cover
until latched. Cut off the excess length, then
insert the unstripped tap wire (ESE-SW red)
completely and check its position. Insert the
blade (u-contact) and press down by finger
pressure. Then, fully depress the u-contact
with pliers. Close the hinged top cover until
latched.
