    Page 5 of 15 CP0576 PICTURE 4 PICTURE 5 PICTURE 6 FITTING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Remove the LHS and RHS fairing panels and connecting belly pan piece from the bike. 2. Before removing engine bolts, ensure the bike is upright and supported by a suitable engine stand or jack placed under the sump of the motorbike to support the partial weight of the engine, this will prevent the engine from moving during fitting.
  • Page 6 Page 6 of 15 CP0576 4. Ensuring the engine is fully supported, remove the 2xM10 engine bolts. The front mount is secured by a nut on the inside of the frame behind the radiator which will need to be secured during removal of the bolt.

Referring to the RHS assembly Diagram, repeat the process for the RHS using the remaining crash protector (item 5) washer (item 16) and Anti-rotation washer (item 17) over the M10x70mm hex head bolt (item 14) referring to Picture 4 and using the RHS assembly diagram.
