– Part 2: Smoke control dampers, Part 10: Smoke control dampers.” The WKS-P smoke control dampers are classified as tightness class C (housing tightness) devices on the basis of tests carried out according to EN 1751 “Ventilation for buildings. Air terminal devices. Aerodynamic testing of dampers and valves.”...
The WKS-P damper is equipped with a drive mechanism that ensures the rotation of the blades in an opposing arrangement. The mechanism includes, among other components, fireproof gears, blades, and an electric actuator.

ACCESSORIES FOR WKS-P DAMPERS From the mounting flange side, the WKS-P smoke control damper should be equipped with a dedicated aluminum louvre grille type ALWT-P, painted in any RAL color (default RAL9010). It is installed inside the damper flange and equipped with hinges to allow easy access to the interior of the damper for servicing purposes.
200mm around the damper. The use of WKS-P dampers in walls with a different fire resistance is permissible, however, it should be noted that the fire resistance rating EI of the entire WKS-P damper assembly is determined by the lowest-rated component in that assembly.
Technical documentation WKS-P 8.1. INSTALATION TECHNOLOGY – FLEXIBLE WALL Build a wall with a rectangular opening using C-profiles, or create an opening in the wall and place the missing C- profiles around the opening. The distance between vertical profiles should be at least C+100mm, and the distance between horizontal profiles should be at least D+255mm (where C and D are the nominal dimensions of the damper).

Technical documentation WKS-P 8.2. INSTALATION TECHNOLOGY – RIGID WALL 8.2.1. INSTALLATION TECHNOLOGY – RIGID WALL WITH A THICK OF 125÷200 MM Build a wall with a rectangular opening or create an opening in the wall. The width of the opening should be at least C+100mm, and the height of the opening should be at least D+255mm (where C and D are the nominal dimensions of the damper).

Technical documentation WKS-P 8.3. INSTALLATION TECHNOLOGY – MKW-S MESH COVER Before installing the cover, you should adhere a self-adhesive ventilation seal on the inner surface of the cover along the bend, around the entire perimeter. Mount the cover to the wall using mounting dowels suitable for the type of wall, with the recommended dimensions of Ø5x40mm, through all the holes in the cover.
