Trim Assembly Instructions
1. Check cylinder components:
• Cylinders longer than 1-1/8" (29mm) require collars.
• Refer to Cylinder Collar Chart.
Note: For Mortise, skip to page 18.
2. If required, modify by cutting cylinder tailpiece:
Spindle comes with breakaway features to accommodate door thickness from 1 3/4" to 2 1/4".
3. Key Override Installation:
a. Insert cylinder housing prongs into matching notch.
b. Insert Key Override Ring into cylinder with "smaller leg" between cam as shown in Figure 6.
