  • Page 6 Assembly Instructions 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch. 2. Securely screw fourteen Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on the Top Panel (K) and both Side Panels (S and U) with a Phillips screwdriver.

Orient and attach the Top Stretcher (L) between the Side Panels (S and U) by engaging and tightening two Cam Locks (2) with a Phillips Screwdriver.   • Page 8 Assembly Instructions 6. Securely screw thirteen Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on both Partitions (T and V) and the Media Shelf (W) with a Phillips screwdriver. 7. Glue twelve Wood Dowels (4) into the inner holes on both Partitions (T and V) and Media Shelf (W) at both ends.

Orient and attach one Middle Crossbar (X) to the Media Fixed Shelf (W) by engaging and tightening three Cam Locks (2) using a Phillips screwdriver.

Orient and attach the Middle Trims (Y) to the Partitions (T and V) respectively by engaging and tightening four Cam Locks (2) using a Phillips screwdriver. 11. Orient and attach the assembled Media Shelf (W) and Middle Crossbar (X) between the Partitions (T and V) by engaging and tightening six Cam Locks (2).

Securely screw sixteen Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on the Bottom Panel (M) and Skirting Panels (N, P and Q) with a Phillips screwdriver.

The cam lock housings face inward. 15. Align and attach the Rear Skirting (O) between the Side Skirtings (P and Q) by engaging and tightening two Cam Locks (2).

Turn the assembled right base upright. 21. Securely screw four Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on the top surface of the Bottom Panel (M) using a Phillips screwdriver.

Using the wood dowels as a guide, orient and attach the Bottom Panel (M) to the assembled Side Panels (S and U) by engaging and tightening four Cam Locks (2) with a Phillips screwdriver. 23. Insert four 50 mm Pan Head Screws (6) through the mounting holes on the Bottom Panel (M) and securely screw into the Partitions (T and V) with a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 16 Assembly Instructions 180° 24. Ask for assistance to flip around the previous assembly at its front edges. 25. Using the pilot holes as a guide, attach two Mending Plates (8) at the joints where the Middle Crossbar (X) meets the Middle Trims (Y) with two 12 mm Screws (7) per plate. 26.

Insert the Shelf Pins (12) into the holes at the desired height inside each side compartment. Make sure you place the four Shelf Pins (12) at the same level to level the shelf. Tilt and rest the Adjustable Shelves (Z) onto the Shelf Pins (12) properly.

Using the pilot holes as a guide, fasten two L-Shaped Metal Brackets (9) onto the Firebox Support (D1) with four 12 mm Pan Head Screws (10).
