  • Page 7 Assembly Instructions NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all cam locks and screws until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go back and fully tighten all cam locks and screws. This will make the assembly easier. 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
  • Page 8 Assembly Instructions The cam lock housings face inward. 4. Align and attach the Middle Rear Skirting (R) between the Middle Bottom Stretchers (S and T) by engaging two Cam Locks (2). Turn the cam locks with a Phillips screwdriver until securely locked onto the cam bolts.

Glue eighteen 30 mm Wood Dowels (4) into the designated inner holes on the Partitions (L and M), Middle Crossbar (O) and Middle Trims (N) as shown.

Fit the extruding pin into the no-threaded hole and fasten four Plastic Connectors (18) to each Side Stand Bottom Stretcher (G1) with four 12 mm Bolts (8).

Securely screw sixteen Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on both Side Bottom Panels (W and B1) and Side Skirtings (X, Z, C1 and E1) using a Phillips screwdriver. 18. Glue sixteen 30 mm Wood Dowels (4) into the designated holes on the Side Skirtings (X, Y, Z, C1, E1 and D1).

Secure the European Hinges (K1) in place by using two 15 mm Nickel Screws (7) in each. 48. Attach one Handle (L1) to the front of each Door (J1) with two 25 mm Handle Bolts (21).
