Insert two 50 mm Wood Dowels (8) into the non-threaded holes of one Desk Side Stretcher (ZD) at both ends and attach it between the Desk Legs (ZB and ZC) with two 65 mm Bolts (2) as shown.

Insert two 50 mm Wood Dowels (8) into the large holes of the Single Bed Cross Assembly (T) and attach it to the Single Bed Headboard Bottom Rail (U) using two 90 mm Bolts (1).

  • Page 11 SINGLE BED ASSEMBLING Ø1/4” x 80 mm Threaded Rod (12 used in this step) ⑫ 40mm 10. Securely screw the Threaded Rods (12) into the threaded inserts on the both Single Bed Headboard Wings (R and S) and Footboard Legs (V and W).

Align the installed Threaded Rods (12) on the Single Bed Left and Right Legs (V and W) with the through holes on the Single Bed Footboard Rail (X) and press them together as shown. Fit the Curved Spacer (11) and Hex Nut (10) onto each Threaded Rod (12).

Attach two Single Bed Mattress Side Rails (Y) between the assembled Single Bed Headboard and Footboard keep the solid strips facing inward, using eight Curved Spacers (11) and eight Hex Nuts (10).
  • Page 14 SINGLE BED ASSEMBLING Ø4 mm x 35 mm Screw (14 used in this step) ⑬ 13. Lay out one Mattress Support Slats (Q) onto the strips on the Single Bed Mattress Side Rails (Y). Insert and screw the 35 mm Screws (13) into the countersunk holes on each slat. Tighten the screws using a Phillips screwdriver.

Align the installed Threaded Rods (12) on the Left Front and Back Posts (A and B) with the through holes on the Upper and Bottom Side Rails (F and G) and press them together as shown.

Align the installed Threaded Rods (12) on the Post (B) with the through holes on two Lower Back Rails (L) and press them together. Be sure the mounting holes on Lower Back Rails (L) will face backward. 22.

Fasten the Lower Back Rails (L) to the Back Posts (B and D) by fitting the Curved Spacer (11) and Hex Nut (10) onto each Threaded Rod (12).

Insert two 30 mm Wood Dowels (9) into the outer holes of Short Guardrail (K) as a guide. Position the Guardrail Post (M) onto the inserted Wood Dowels (9) and press them together.
  • Page 26 LOFT BED ASSEMBLING Ø4 mm x 35 mm Screw (14 used in this step) ⑬ 30. Lay out the other Mattress Support Slats (Q) onto the Side Rails (H and I). Insert and screw the 35 mm Screws (13) into the countersunk holes on each slat. Tighten the screws using a Phillips screwdriver.
  • Page 27 ASSEMBLY OF THE LADDER Ø6.5 mm x 48 mm Tapping Bolt Ø10 x 50 mm Wood Dowel (10 used in this step) (10 used in this step) ⑦ ⑧ 31. Insert the 50 mm Wood Dowels (8) into the drilled large holes of Ladder Steps (P) at both ends. Attach the Left and Right Ladder Supports (N and O) to the Ladder Steps (P) using the 48 mm Tapping Bolts (7).
  • Page 28 ASSEMBLY OF THE LADDER Back Side Ø4 mm x 19 mm Screw (2 used in this step) ⑭ 32. Hook the Ladder securely over the top of the Ladder Side Rail (I), between the Right Front Post (C) and the Front Guardrail Post (M) in the opening provided. Secure the Ladder Hooks in place with two 19 mm Screws (14).

    Care and Maintenance Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting. Use of furniture polish is not necessary. Should you choose to use polish, test first in an inconspicuous area. Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage the finish. Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.
