Assembly Instructions 1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts. Assemble the unit on a carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch. 2. Securely screw twenty-two Cam Bolts (3) into the designated small holes on both Panels (K and L) and Partitions (N and P) with a Phillips screwdriver.

Assembly Instructions 4. Glue sixteen Wood Dowels (4) into the designated holes on both Middle Crossbars (Q), Middle Trims (R) and Firebox Bottom Supports (S). 5. Using the wood dowels as a guide, attach the Middle Trims (R) to the Partition (N and P) respectively with six 28 mm Pan Head Screws (6).

Assembly Instructions The cam lock housings face inward. 6. Orient and attach two Middle Crossbars (Q) between the Partition Panels (N and P) by engaging and tightening four Cam Locks (2) with a Phillips Screwdriver. (Refer to page 2 on Cam Lock system operation supplement).

Assembly Instructions The hinge face inward and are located at front 8. Using the wood dowels as a guide, orient and attach the Side Panels (M and O) to the Top Panel (K) by engaging and tightening four Cam Locks (2). Turn the Cam Locks (2) with a Phillips screwdriver until loked onto the Cam bolts.

Assembly Instructions 10. Insert four 50 mm Pan Head Screws (7) through the mounting holes on the Bottom Panel (L) and securely screw into the Partitions (N and P). 11. Align the wood dowels inserted under the Firebox Bottom Supports (S) with the holes on the Bottom Panel L), and then press them together.

Assembly Instructions 19. Using pilot holes as a guide, attach one Handle (B1) to the front of each Door (U and V) with two 22 mm Bolts (13). Tighten with a Phillips screwdriver. Assembly Instructions 39. Fully plug the USB connector of the Ember Bed (E) into the back port of Heater (A). The warning labels on glass should face outward. 40. Slide the Glass Screen (I) into the inner U-channels on both Upright Arms (B and C) until the glass sits onto the Heater (A).

Assembly Instructions The bevel edge faces inside the unit. 41. Position Top Connector Strap (D) over the Glass Screen (I) and Upright Arms (B and C). Follow orientation shown above. 42. Fasten Connector Strap (D) to both Upright Arms (B and C) using two Insert Screws (1) as shown above. Holes must be in line for screw to pass through.

Assembly Instructions 43. The firebox is now ready for the next assemble step. 44. Lift the fireplace insert carefully into the back of the assembled mantel and centre it on the bottom panel in the opening. 45. Use the pilot holes as a guide, fasten two L-Shaped Metal Brackets (11) onto the Firebox Back Support (Y) with four 12 mm Pan Head Screws (12).

Assembly Instructions NOTE: To prevent your TV from tipping, you must install the acrylic TV stopper if you place a flat panel television on the top panel. Otherwise, skip to next step. 47. Remove the paper backing of Acrylic Stopper (16), then properly align the acrylic stopper into the cutout on the acrylic stopper template on the front of the Top Panel (K).
