If the bulb holder (4) comes off,
refit it into its seat so that the slotted
opening of the holder matches the hole for
the screw.
Upon reassembly:
NOTE
Make sure that the lens locates
correctly into its seat on refitting.
NOTE
Tighten the screw (1) moderately
and carefully, to avoid damaging the lens.

CHANGING THE TAIL LIGHT /
STOP BULBS
Read page 71 (BULBS).
NOTE
Before replacing the bulb, check
the fuses, see page 70 (CHANGING THE
FUSES) and the STOP light switches.
To change the bulbs:

Place the vehicle on the center stand,
see page 55 (PLACING THE VEHICLE
ON THE STAND).

Unscrew and remove the screw (1).
◆
Using a screwdriver, lever onto locking
tab (2).

Remove the shield (3).
◆
Extract the bulb (4) from its seat.
NOTE
holder (4), so that the two pins slide into
the slots in the holder.

Fit a new bulb of equal rating.
