I. Safety Notes Thank you for choosing this Charder Medical device. It is designed to be easy and straightforward to operate, but if you encounter any problems not addressed in this manual, please contact your local Charder service partner. II. Installation Remove battery cover on the back of the device and insert 3 x AAA batteries. Slide the measurement tray onto to the device, until it is locked tightly onto the platform.

III. Basic Operation 1. Press key to turn on device. Display will show for about 1 second. 2. Wait until the display shows “0:0.0” or “0.00”. NOTE: If the display shows “0:0.0”, the scale is set to pounds/ounces. If the display shows “0.00”, the scale is set to kilograms/grams. Press to switch between pounds (0:0.0) or kilograms (0.00).

Milk Intake Mode This mode automatically calculates the amount of milk the infant has consumed after feeding. C. Mode Instructions Milk Intake Mode After placing infant on the tray before feeding, the Milk Intake function will save their pre-feeding weight. After feeding, place the infant on the tray once more, and the weight increase (milk intake) will be displayed. After turning on the device, press key until “M”...

Lay the infant on the tray and press to save the weight of the infant in device memory. After infant is removed from tray, device will turn off automatically after 15 seconds. Feed the infant. NOTE: When infant is removed from the tray, LCD screen will display weight difference between current weight and last saved weight.

After feeding, turn on the device, switch to Milk Intake mode, and place infant on tray. Press key to save weight in device. Infant can now be removed from tray. LCD screen will display the weight difference between the current weight and the last weight, which is the milk intake.

Infant & Parent Mode Remove the measurement tray before turning on the device. Press to turn on the device, and press to switch mode to Infant & Parent Mode.

Step onto the device. Stand still until the weight flashes on the screen, indicating a stable weight before stepping off from device. After stepping off from device, weight will return to zero automatically. Hold the infant in your arms, step onto the device, and stand still until the weight flashes on the screen, indicating a stable weight before stepping off from device.
