8. Adjust the oscilloscope settings and proceed normal test. To Calibrate the Probe Before using the PIA1000 Series Optical-fiber Isolated Probe, you need to calibrate the probe. You can calibrate the probe either on the oscilloscope or on the probe controller.

NOTE The specification of the PIA1000 series depends on the calibration of the probe. After the calibration is completed, the DC gain, offset voltage zero point, and offset gain are calibrated. After the probe is connected, you can check the probe information including the vendor, model, serial number, and the last calibration time on the probe setting menu.
