Why is it that when I cast my phone to play streaming videos like Netflix or Prime, it doesn't cast properly?(No screen)

Due to HDCP copyright protection, mirroring Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ directly from the phone is restricted. To watch movies, connect a TV stick (e.g. Amazon Fire Stick, Hulu Stick, Google Chromecast) to the projector via HDMI.

Why are there black spots on projector?

Please trust the quality of our projectors. The spots may be caused by dust on the lens due to impact during transportation or use. You can remove the cover on the back of the projector and wipe it gently with the included cotton swab! You can send "E1 dust removal video + order number" to our after-sales email to get the reference video.

Why can't the projector connect to wi-fi?

The following are the normal steps for projector screen casting:

IOS: Wireless cast screen:

  1. Projector and cell phone, must be connected to the same wi-fi;
  2. Go back to the home page and select the [Airplay] menu and stay
  3. The phone, or laptop open the system comes with the screen mirroring function, the search connection can be.

Android: Wireless cast screen:

Why does the projector make so much noise after being used for a period of time?

The sound of the projector is loud, but at a constant speed, and there is no abnormal sound like "crack". The solution is as follows:

  1. lncrease the projector volume to reduce noise interference;
  2. The placement environment should not be narrow, and there should be at least 25cm of space on the left and right sides to avoid the fan from accelerating the heat and increasing the noise.

Why does my Bluetooth speaker suddenly disconnect and sometimes experience sound delays?

  1. Select reset in the projector settings, restore to factory settings and then confirm;
  2. Check whether Bluetooth is working with low battery;
  3. Because it does not support Dolby, DTS, 5.1 channel, HDMI CEC, ARC and other functions, many sound bars, sound blasters, speaker systems, or devices with Dolby support are Not compatible. It is recommended to use ordinary Bluetooth speakers. JBL GO and Bose soundlink mirco tests can be used normally.
  4. You can also purchase an aux audio cable with 3.5mm plugs on both ends, and connect the Bluetooth speaker to the headphone jack of the projector for a wired connection, which can avoid delays and ensure stable playback.
