    Betriebsanleitung RS 2 Allgemeines Allgemeines Einleitung Diese Betriebsanleitung ist für diejenigen Personen geschrieben, die für Anwendung und Pflege des Rotationsschälgeräts verantwortlich sind. Es wird erwartet und vorausgesetzt, dass dieser Personenkreis die Betriebsanleitung liest, versteht und in allen Punkten beachtet. Nur mit Kenntnis dieser Betriebsanleitung können Fehler am Rotationsschälgerät vermieden und ein störungsfreier Betrieb gewährleistet...

    2 Allgemeines Betriebsanleitung RS 2.3.1 Allgemeine Hinweise für die Vorbereitung von Fittings • Bei schlechten Witterungsverhältnissen (z.B. Regen, Schneefall usw.) Schweissstelle vor Feuchtigkeit schützen. • Georg Fischer Fittings werden direkt im Anschluss an die Produktion gemeinsam mit der dazugehörigen Magnetkarte in einen PE-Beutel eingeschweisst.

    Betriebsanleitung RS 2 Allgemeines • Die Festigkeit sowie die Oberflächenhärte von PE 100 ist höher als diejenige von PE 80. Dies macht sich unter anderem beim Verschleiss der Schälwerkzeuge bemerkbar. Eine regelmässige Prüfung und Wartung der Verschleissteile ist daher erforderlich. Wir empfehlen, die Geräte mindestens einmal jährlich zu warten.

    Betriebsanleitung RS 6 Bedienung Rohr bearbeiten Wichtig Wir empfehlen das Rohr unmittelbar vor der Schälung bestmöglich von abrasiven Stoffen (z.B.Sand, Lehm) zu reinigen. Beim Einsatz am ungereinigten Rohr kann das Messer bereits durch wenige Schälvorgänge stumpf werden. Ein stumpfes Messer wirkt sich unmittelbar auf das Schälergebnis aus!

    7 Wartung Betriebsanleitung RS Wartung Das Rotationsschälgerät ist, einwandfreie Behandlung vorausgesetzt, wartungsfrei. Der normale Unterhalt des Rotationsschälgeräts beschränkt sich auf regelmässige äussere Reinigung. Auswechseln von Verschleissteilen Schnittverletzungen an den Händen! Scharfes Schälmesser! Schnittverletzungen an den Händen bei Berühren des Schälmessers.

L’entretien normal du grattoir rotatif se limite à un nettoyage externe régulier. Echange de pièces d’usure Risque de coupures aux mains ! Lame de grattage vive ! Risque de coupures aux mains en touchant la lame de grattage.
