- Page 4 Decorative Drawer Assembly (Where Applicable) Face Step 1. Secure drawer base to drawer side using 3 x 16mm screws (J) in holes provided. Seat the edge of drawer base tight into corner of casing, as shown. The decorative face of drawer base to be positioned as shown. Repeat step 1 so both drawer sides are attached to drawer base.
- Page 5 DRAWER ADJUSTMENT Left and Right Adjustment Turn screw shown to adjust drawer frontal left & right. Drawer adjustments to be done on both sides. Up & Down Adjustment Turn screw shown to adjust drawer frontal up & down. Lock Position Tighten screw shown to lock in position.
- Page 6 TM DRAWER SIDE COVER CAPS Fit drawer cover caps over drawer side adjustment. Position the edge closest to the frontal first. Drawer cover cap Position the far side edge into place. Press the cover cap against the drawer side to secure it in place. Repeat on the opposite side.

- Page 11 Step 4. Attach panels (C) & (D) to end panels (A), using expanding cam dowels (G), and wooden dowels (F) in positions as shown in Step 1 & 2. All cam lock (H) holes are to be positioned facing the outside of the unit carcase, for ease of tightening.

Once back panels (B) are in position, ensure the panels are flush and square with the end panels and fixed shelves. - Page 14 Step 8. Ensure the unit is square. Secure back panel (B) with 12 x 30mm screws (K) equally spaced at the top and bottom of back panels (B) into panels (C), as shown. - Page 15 Step 9. Position legs as shown on the diagram below. Ensure legs are rotated to also provide support to the end panels (A). Once positioned, secure each of the legs into place with 4 x 15mm screws (L) per leg. Push leg firmly down into leg base. Adjust legs to 155mm before lifting unit upright.
- Page 16 Step 10. Attach hinge plates onto both end panels (A) as shown, using 2 screws already located in hinge plates. Hinge side to be mounted in accordance to customer specific kitchen plan. N.B. For appliance shelf, secure to panel (B) using 4 x L brackets SML and 2 x 15mm screws (L) per L bracket SML.
- Page 17 Screws for attaching to walls are not provided as these vary depending on materials, thickness and construction. Ensure appropriate fixings for wall construction are used. Step 11. Use 2 x 15mm screws (L) to secure each of the L brackets to the rear of the unit at either side.
- Page 18 HINGE ATTACHMENT AND ADJUSTMENT Step 1. Insert hinges into frontal hinge holes provided, secure hinges with Hinge dowels the 2 x screws already located in the hinges and hinge dowels. Step 2. Attach the door to unit, clip hinges onto hinge plates and click to secure.
