Step-by Step Installation Then start to install the KT-3200 by referring to the step-by-step instruction given below. Confirm that the two screw holes of the small stand plate is well aligned with the two screw holes of the stand. Next, insert two screws into the screw holes on the small stand plate that will be directly attached to the stand.

Confirm that the four screw holes of the large stand plate is well aligned with the four screw holes of the small stand plate. Next, insert four screws into the screw holes on the large stand plate that will be directly attached to the small stand plate.

Align the four screw holes of each of the two wall side pillars with the four screw holes of the two sides of the stand. Next, insert screws into the screw holes. Then, fix the pair of wall side pillars tightly to the stand with the eight screws.

Make each of the two gliding hooks on the back of the belly system unit glide along the stopper of each of the two wall side pillars until the gliding hooks are stopped by the stoppers. Gliding Stopped Turn key to the right to release and open the front door of the belly system unit.

Install the touch monitor. Before mounting the monitor onto the belly system unit, hang the monitor onto the wall side pillar pair by gliding the left and right hooks of the monitor along the left and right guiding tracks of the wall side pillar pair. The monitor is well set down when being hit and stopped by the belly system unit.

Fix the monitor to the belly system unit with screw bolts. Connect the LVDS cable, backlight cable, and USB cables to the main board. Make the power cord and LAN cable of the kiosk pass through the cable exit at the lower portion of the rear of the belly system unit for proper cable management.

Opening the Front of the Kiosk Turn key to the right. The front door is released and opens a little. Released and open. Pull the front door. This is the service access for the printer and the scanner.
Locating the Power Supply Cable and the Internet Cable You can find where the power supply cable and the Internet cable on the rear side of the kiosk. To power on the KT-3200, just plug the power supply cable to a wall plug.

Problem Diagnostic Tips A stray barcode is sitting somewhere in the scanner field of view. Remove all barcode labels from the scanner’s scan volume and try again. The scanner cannot send the data to the terminal system. Make sure that the scanner is installed well and your host terminal is ready to receive data.
