Maintenance Before any maintenance or non-regular operation please read the following: ➢ Servicing the filter should be done only by technicians authorized by Amiad. ➢ Disconnect the filter from the power supply and lock the Main Power Switch. ➢ Disconnect the compressed air supply, release the residual pressure and lock the Pneumatics Main Valve.
INTRODUCTION The automatic "ABF-6000" electric filter is a heavy duty, 90 in line filter, which has built in automatic self-cleaning features to maintain and clean the filter screen during operation. The filter is designed to achieve filtration from 3500 micron to 200 micron through varying the filter screen size.
After the 15 second cleaning operation, the flow out of the exhaust valve should stop immediately. Be sure to observe that there is no significant leakage occurring from the exhaust valve once the cleaning operation has completely stopped. ABF-6000 910101-000103 / 08.2019...

DISASSEMBLING THE "ABF-6000" FILTER It is recommended to initiate a cleaning cycle prior to the filter disassembling. Close the inlet/outlet valves and drain the filter. Cut off the electrical power. Disconnect electrical cables from the drive unit (10), unless the cables are long enough and allow the motor to be removed without disconnecting it.
