Prepare materials you wish to press. See ROSIN PRESSING TIPS (PAGE 10). STARTING 2. Make sure the press stands on a flat sturdy countertop. PRESS 3. Ensure the press is clean and free of residue or dust buildup.

Now, you should see “P - 3” on the display (Fig. 8). Tip: Depending PANEL on your machine’s default settings, you may either see “F” or “C” on the (continued) display, indicating the currently selected temperature scale (°F or °C). 6. Tip: The heat indicator will be shown on both sections of the control panel if the platens are still heating (Figure 19). The numbers on the “PV” lines, indicating the current temperature of the platens, should be raising. When the heating is complete, the indicators turn off; the temperature shown on both “PV” and “SV” lines should be the same (Figure 20). Figure 19...

Tip: You can unlock the press and lower the bottom platen at any time during press operation by hitting Release button Wait until the press stops moving completely.
