Manual Override

In the event the anchor has a gas spring failure, do
as follows:
IF THE SHALLOW WATER ANCHOR IS NOT
FULLY RETRACTED AND PROPERLY STOWED
BEFORE PUTTING UNDERWAY, TRAILERING
OR TRAVELING, PRODUCT AND/OR PROPERTY
DAMAGE MAY OCCUR. MAKE SURE THE
SHALLOW WATER ANCHOR IS IN THE STOWED
(FULLY UPRIGHT) POSITION BEFORE PUTTING
UNDERWAY, TRAILERING OR TRAVELING.
1. Retract the anchor to its upright stored position.
2. Tighten the anchor's securing strap.
3. Re-attach the anchor's elastic securing strap.
NOTE: If needed, use straps or some other type of
cordage to firmly secure the anchor in its upright, stored
position (Fig.10) before putting underway.
