    The ISCOM5508-GP is not delivered with instruments and tools, which should be prepared by yourself. 2.2 Checking installation conditions 2.2.1 Installation environment The equipment installation should meet the working environment shown in Table 2-2.

    According to the inspection, take appropriate processing methods:  Stop unpacking the box if there is severe damage, dampening of outer packing box, box inversion, wrong goods or deficiency of goods. Give feedback to the local Raisecom office once finding out reasons. ...

    The ground cable cannot be longer than 30m and should be as short as possible; otherwise, a ground bar should be used. The ground terminal is located on the back of the ISCOM5508-GP, as shown in Figure 3-10.     If the resistance is smaller than 1 Ω, it indicates that the ground cable is properly connected. Connect the ground cable of the ISCOM5508-GP to the ground in the machine room. Do not connect it to a water pipe or lightning rod.

    Insert the other end of the ESD wrist strap to the ESD jack in the machine room. The components of the ISCOM5508-GP contain the MCC, subcards, and modules. Install the components according to the following steps: Step 1 Check the components connectors and the pins on the backplane.

Do not forcedly insert the components when the process is hindered.
