GTD-5100F Instruction Manual 1. Overview In industrial sites, a wide range of gases including flammable and toxic gases, freon gas, and organic compound gas are used. To prevent gas leakage in the sites, gas detectors are installed and operated. However, for semiconductor production facilities, gas detectors are used for each of the diverse types of gas, such as C4F6, CH2F2, CH3F, C5F8, COS, CH4, and CO, resulting in the issues of high product cost and difficulties in product installation and maintenance.
