7 Operating

This chapter describes the 4004R user interface and provides basic instructions for managing alarms, troubles, and supervisory condition,
silencing alarms, resetting the system, and viewing the historical log.
7.1

LEDs and keys

The 4004R user interface consists of LEDs and keys. It allows a system operator to monitor the status of the 4004R's circuits.
Figure 32
shows the operator interface for the 4004R. The LED labels used on the interface depend on whether the system is programmed as a
preaction/deluge or agent release system. Also, a combo Agent Release and PreAction/Deluge may be used. This requires another label
that is not shown below. In some cases a custom, site-specific label may also be used.

as its primary means of displaying status information and controlling the system.
