PART IDENTIFICATION CHART Use the drawings below to identify the small parts used for assembly. The number in parentheses below each drawing is the key number of the part, from the PART LIST near the end of this manual. The number after the key number is the quantity used for assembly.

5. Locate the wire tie (C) in the Upright (4). See the left inset drawing. Tie the lower end of the wire tie (C) to the wire pull (D) on the Main Wire (110). Then, pull the upper end of the wire tie (C) until the Main Wire (110) is routed through the Upright (4).

7. Apply a thin coat of grease to the axle on the right side of the Upright (4). Next, slide a Pivot Spacer (54) onto the axle. Then, identify the Right Upper Body Leg (60), orient it so the bracket (E) is on the side shown, and slide it onto the axle.

9. Apply a thin coat of grease to one of the Pedal Arm Axles (64). Insert the Pedal Arm Axle (64) into the Right Upper Body Leg (60) and the Right Pedal Arm (58) from the side shown. Next, slide an M8 x 22mm Washer (13) onto an M8 x 13mm Screw (82), and tighten the Screw a few turns into the opposite side of the Pedal Arm Axle (64).

11. See the inset drawing. Grip the connector on the Main Wire (110). Then, press the small latch (G) on the connector, and remove and discard the wire pull (D). While a second person holds the Console (7) near the Upright (4), connect the Main Wire (110) to the console wire (F).

13. Attach the Accessory Tray (37) to the Upright (4) with two M4 x 16mm Screws (101). 14. Orient a Lower Tray Cover (81) as shown, and attach it to the right side of the Accessory Tray (37) with two M4 x 16mm Screws (101). Repeat this step on the other side of the elliptical.
