    Open the Tera Term Tool available on the host PC and select the appropriate serial COM port Figure 10: COM Port selection • Click on “Setup” and select “Serial port” and change the Tera Term settings as mentioned below, Page 12 of 26 iWave Systems Confidential.

    Use USB type A to micro-B cable to connect the OBD-II Device with host PC via USB OTG port. • Extract the <UUU_Tool>.zip file. • Navigate to UUU Tool and press Ctrl + Shift and right click • Open PowerShell window as shown in the figure. Page 14 of 26 iWave Systems Confidential.

    • Make sure the flashing is completed as Success being 1 and failure being 0 as shown in below figure. Figure 15: Binary Programming Succeed • After powering OFF the platform, change to internal boot mode (remove the jumper if mounted). Page 15 of 26 iWave Systems Confidential.

    If you stop the application in between of programming binaries and if you re-start, the application will try to continue from the point where you stopped before. But it is not guaranteed that it can continue successfully. It is NOT recommended to do this. Page 16 of 26 iWave Systems Confidential.
