2.1
FCC Notice
This device complies with Part 15 Subpart B Class B of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the f ollowing two
conditions:
1. This device may not cause harmf ul interf erence, and
2. This device must accept any interf erence received, including interf erence that may cause undesired
operation.
The GNSS sensor has been tested in accordance with FCC regulations f or electromagnetic interf erence. This
does not guarantee non-interf erence with other equipment. Additionally, the GNSS sensor may be adversely
af f ected by nearby sources of electromagnetic radiation.
2.2
C-Nav Licensing
Access to the C-Nav Correction Service (CCS) requires a license that must be purchased. Licenses are non-
transf erable and are subject to the terms of the C-Nav License Agreement. Activations can be requested online
by completing the webf orm at
https://cnavportal.oceaneering.com.

Software License Agreement
By powering on and using this GNSS C-Nav Correction Service receiver, you agree to the terms and
conditions of the C-Nav Receiver Sof tware License. The complete terms and conditions of these sof tware
licenses may be f ound in the C-NavX1 User Guide,

The Contractor, Oceaneering International, Inc., and associates / af f iliates hereby declares that, to the best of its
knowledge and belief , the technical data delivered herewith under Government contract (and subcontracts, if
appropriate) are complete, accurate, and comply with the requirements of the contract concerning such tech nical
data.

Global Navigation Satellite Systems
Global Navigation Satellite Systems (i.e., GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou) are under the control of the
respective Governmental agency and the operation of these satellites may be changed at any time without
warning.

The U.S. State Department International Traf f ic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) limits the perf ormance of commercial
GNSS products. As a result, access to satellite measurements and navigation results will be limited f rom display
and recordable output when predetermined values of velocity and altitude are exceeded. These threshold values
are f ar in excess of the normal and expected operational parameters of the C-NavX1 GNSS receiver.
