FIG. 2 Ensure that the surfaces on the Drum (E) and Caster Mounts (G) are clean and dry. Remove a square from the Double Sided Tape (F) and apply to the Caster Mount in the recessed location at each corner [FIG 3].

- Page 13 Assembly Instructions (Continued) The Caster assemblies must be adhered to the Drum (E) with a single smooth motion so that the bottom edge of the Bucket fits within the recessed channel of the Caster Mount (G)[FIG. 5a]. Remove the backing paper from the Double Sided Tape (F) on the Caster assembly.

- Page 21 Optional Grounding Instructions Recommended for fine dust situations or electronically Ÿ sensitive applications. The Static Dissipative Cyclone (A) and the Elbows (N) are molded from an industrial static conductive resin, which preserves the grounding pathway for electronically sensitive applications and does not require the Metal Tape (K). Install the Metal Tape to the Elbow (O) [FIG 11a] and the Hose Adapters (P) [FIG 11b] so that all connections are attached by a continuous, conductive path.

2. Use a hose clamp. 3. Wrap the inlet and outlet of the Dust Deputy with a layer of electrical tape to increase the friction fit. 4. Secure hose with a sheet metal screw. Oneida Air Systems... - Page 25 does the 2.5 have the same flange pattern as the original dust deputy? Yes! Both the original Dust Deputy cyclone and the new Dust Deputy 2.5 cyclone share the same bottom flange pattern. This makes upgrading existing cyclone installations quick and easy! You can find printable template files for download in the Documents tab found on the website of our product pages.
