Setting Output Processing of Sensing Information
■ Setting Two-point Scaling
Measurement is performed at two positions and offset values are set for those mea-
surements.

Separate the two specified points by at least 1% of the rated measurement range for the connected

The two measured points must be separated by at least "30 mm x 0.01 = 0.3 mm" as the
measuring range is "30 mm ± 15 mm".
