Cleaning Equipment
Patient supports, patient handles, head support
and touch screen
Wipe these parts after each patient using a Planmeca
approved intermediate level surface disinfectant.
A plastic barrier can be added to touchpad, temple
support, chin support and hand supports.
Wipe touch screen regularly, using a clean soft cloth
that has been slightly dampened with water (camera
lens cloth can be used). Change plastic barrier for every
patient.
Other surfaces
Wipe the other surfaces regularly using an alcohol-free
Planmeca approved surface disinfectant.
Do not wipe sensor with cleaning solutions.
Wipe the sensor surface using a clean soft cloth that has
been slightly damped with water (camera leans cloth
can be used).
Autoclaving Supports
The parts in the figure can be autoclaved at 132°C
(273°F) for 4 minutes. They can be autoclaved up to 100
times.
