Correction
Take either of the following mea-
sures.
• Correct the settings for each
server.
• Inspect the communications path
(Ethernet Unit, cable connec-
tions, hub, router, server), and
correct the situation that is caus-
ing the error.
Refer to the Operation Manual,
Construction of Applications: Cre-
ating FINS Applications, and cor-
rect the remote node (i.e., the
application on the personal com-
puter).
Clear the CPU Unit error.
