  • Page 3 Installation Guide BB074 Confrim bull bar application is suitable for your vehicle make, model and year. Unwrap the bull bar and ensure the overriders and light assemblies are tight in the bull bar before installation. Remove all clips and under trays from lower section of bumper bar.
  • Page 4 Installation Guide BB074 Cut along lines marked in previous step and along back edge of fog light/ indicator opening as shown and straight across to the grill opening. Cut across grill opening (level with the bottom of the two chrome points) and remove lower section of bumper from vehicle.

  • Page 6 Installation Guide BB074 Install inner and outer chassis support brackets to the chassis using the following per side: • 2 x M10 x 120mm bolts • 4 x flat washers • 2 x spring washers • 2 x M12 nuts per side •...
  • Page 7 Installation Guide BB074 11. Using remaining holes in the inner and outer support brackets as a guide drill 4 x 12mm holes. Secure with 1 x M12 x 120mm bolt, 2 x 12mm flat washers, 1 x 12mm spring washer and M12 nut per side.
  • Page 8 Installation Guide BB074 14. Install 8 x M12 x 40mm bolts, 16 x flat washers, 8 x spring washers and 8 x nuts to remaining mounting holes and tighten. 15. Install 2 x captive nuts to square number plate mounting holes in the face of the bullbar from behind.
  • Page 9 Installation Guide BB074 18. Once bullbar is aligned, drill 4 x 10mm holes through pinning points as shown and secure in position using 4 x M10 x 40mm bolts, 8 x flat washers, 4 x spring washers and 4 x M12 nuts.
  • Page 10 Installation Guide BB074 20. Mark and trim guard liners as shown. 21. Using lower hole in radiator support panel as a guide drill a pilot hole through the plastic guard liner. Enlarge hole to 6mm from behind. Secure guard liner using 1 x M6 bolt, spring washer and flat washer as shown.
