6.3 Optional modification for use
on production lines

Once the power supply has been established and the blue control
LED on the back of the housing lights up, Geocal is ready for opera-
tion.
The software supplied is only required for analyzing the recordings
made and not for operating the hardware.
To put Geocal into operation, press the on/off switch on the back of
the housing.

Danger to the human eye with refocusing
Do not look into the beam with optical instruments!
If you want to use Geocal in a production line, we offer the option of
modifying the device so that the switch no longer needs to be oper-
ated to switch it on and off.
After the modification, all you need to do is move the switch to the
"ON" position. The appliance switches on immediately when it is sup-
plied with power, without having to operate the switch again.
