Transportation in vehicles

The product has been crash-tested and approved
(see section entitled "Declaration of Conformity"
in the user instructions).
Etac recommends, in the following order:

backwards. If this mode of transport is used,
the user/attendant must be active during
travel, be prepared for sudden movements
and be able to maintain a safe sitting position
throughout the entire transport operation.

1) The user transfers to a vehicle seat and
uses the vehicle's three-point seat belt while
travelling. The wheelchair is then placed in
the boot or in the rear seat in a safe manner
so that it cannot overturn or roll. If possible,
secure it using the vehicle's seat belt.
This is how the wheelchair has been tested
and approved in accordance with ISO 7176-19.

- Anti-tip guards activated
- Rear wheels with handrims.
Do not use a wheelchair equipped for
single-hand operation as a seat in a motor
vehicle. Risk of injury.
